1. Penn Station, back in the day, used to look even better than Grand Central, and then a bunch of NTACs tore it down in favor of building MSG on top of it and the “subterranean maze” of doom I commute through every day.

2. MSG is a landmark, historic place in both music and sports history and you’re going to just build a new one? Or are you getting a really big forklift? How does this make sense?

3. Nothing says wise decision than ruining people’s transit experience and post office needs than $900MM.
