OK, seriously?
The anchor on ABC News, New York just burst into laughter when she announced that Clay Aiken was gay in the 11 o’clock hour.
(She announced that headline within the hour of 11 at night; he did not decide he was gay at the last minute. Although that would be quite funny. Ah, syntax. You saucy minx.)
Apparently he and Diane Sawyer are going to hug it out later this week after he shut her down when she asked if his gay card was punched during their last interview in 2006. What’s kind of amusing is that he just rejoined the cast of “Spamalot,” which is directed by Diane’s husband, Mike Nichols. Awkward! Talk about “hell week!”
