iTunes Customer Service Are (Kind of) Class Acts

Over the weekend, my external harddrive kicked the bucket and I (thanks to a genius IT friend) was about to recover 98% of my files, aside from, wouldn’t you know it, both seasons of “Mad Men,” “Rocko’s Modern Life” (shut up) and a few music videos.

I pitched a “I have been downloading media from you since 2003 and this sucks” approach to iTunes, and they’re actually giving me a chance at downloading some of the files again.

So, iTunes, even though you write to me via stock responses that totally ignore my problems, I salute you.
