Anyone else suddenly startled by the fact that Biggie & Tupac died at age 24 and 25, respectively, and achieved the iconic rap status they they did at that age?
Didn’t they feel 35 in 1996? Would we say the same thing now about, say, T.I. or Nelly?
Probably not, but at least the latter’s got a pole in the basement and T.I.’s six-degrees-of-Kevin-Bacon closer to Xscape.
This also means that I have just joined 2007 and that I’m old. Brill.
